Independence, Hops & Grain Throw Anniversary Parties

If recent Great American Beer Festival success isn’t enough cause for celebrating the Austin beer community this weekend, here’s some more ammo–both Independence Brewing Co. and Hops & Grain are celebrating anniversaries.

Here are the details on these two events…

Independence Brewing 10th Anniversary Party

Details: Independence is celebrating its TENTH anniversary with a big party at the brewery featuring live music, food from Wünder Pig Barbecue Co. and plenty of beer.
Beer list: 10th Anniversary Barleywine, Austin Amber, Stash IPA, White Rabbit, Power & Light, Hell or High Lager, 2013 Jasperilla Old Ale and more!
Tickets: Tickets are $15 and include a souvenir anniversary glass and a wristband redeemable for three beer samples. Additional beers will be available for $4. Tickets can be purchased at the door, or you can save a little time by purchasing them here in advance.

 

Hops & Grain 3rd Anniversary Party

Details: Hops & Grain is celebrating three years in business with a party featuring a massive beer list, live music, food from Slab BBQ and good times.
Beer list: Looking like… ALT-eration, The One They Call Zoe, Pale Dog, PorterCulture, Greenhouse IPA, Concentrated Dark Matter, Belgian IPA, Vino Weisse cherry berliner weisse, Kolsch, Pilz Party, O-Fest, Rum Barrel Aged Barleywine, Volumes of Funk, Wet Hop IPA, Hop-screpancy, Hop Dog Double IPA, English Strong Ale, OG Sour Pale Dog, Red River Whiskey Barrel-aged Red and three firkins TBA.
Tickets: Tickets are $25 and include a souvenir glass, live music and beer samples. Purchase at the door, or here in advance.
