This week Chicago’s Goose Island Beer Company migrates to Seattle and they will be slinging their legendary Bourbon County Stout. They will have events all over town but tonight’s industry event and Wednesday’s event at Brouwers will host the biggest taplists. Goose Island may be owned by Anheuser-Busch now, but their small batch program remains in house and curated by brewmaster Brett Porter who will be here to shake hands and talk beer. Come out and grab some BCS (or one of their other brews) before the kegs blow!
